Sports
Las Vegas hosts a wide variety of sports games and teams. Featuring the now Infamous Vegas Golden Knights NHL team which made it to the Stanley Cup Finals during their inaugural season. T-Mobile Arena is the home of the Golden Knights and also hosts boxing matches and concerts by various different groups and artists. Another Las Vegas sports teams are the Las Vegas Ace’s which Las Vegas’ first WNBA team is, their venue is the Mandalay Bay Events Center and they are currently in their first season. The other two Las Vegas Teams are the Las Vegas Lights of the United Soccer League and the Las Vegas 51s a Minor League Baseball team both playing at Cashman Field. On top of everything else Las Vegas will also be adding in the Raiders to its collection of sports team come 2020 and their venue will be the Raiders Stadium which is being built. Las Vegas has a lot to offer all the sports fans that come into town which many different sporting events and locations.
Production Shows
Las Vegas is a home to entertainment featuring over a hundred shows. There is something for everyone to want to watch whether it be a Cirque du Soleil show like O or a comedy show like Penn & Teller at the Rio. Las Vegas is home to over seven Cirque Du Soleil shows including Mystere, Beatles Love, and more. Not only are there Cirque Du Soleil shows but there are other shows like Le Reve at Wynn, Blue Man Group at Luxor, Human Nature at the Venetian, and Baz at the Palazzo. Las Vegas also features comedy, magician, hypnosis, and tribute shows including Terry Factor, Mat Franco, Magic Mike, MJ Live, Legends in Concert and many other shows. The possibilities of what a show may contain are endless; from nearly impossible acrobatic stunts to a simple joke Vegas has it all.
Broadway
The Las Vegas Smith Center is notorious for having some of the best Broadway shows. To lesser known extent the Smiths Center is home to Myron’s Cabaret Jazz which is an elegant yet easygoing club where you can be entertained by some of the finest musicians across the country. The Smith Center is currently showcasing many different Broadway shows such as the Lion King, Dear Evan Hansen, and many others. What makes the Smith Center do special is that the Broadway shows are constantly changing so almost every time you visit the Smith Center it will be a brand new experience with new memories. The best part is you get to enjoy a Broadway show without the need to travel to New York and in the comfort of everything Las Vegas has to offer.
Headliners
Las Vegas also features many different celebrities, which are constantly performing across the city. At Caesar Palace Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and Reba, Brooks, and Dunn perform at the Colosseum and have a residency there. Zappos Theater also has even more celebrities including Gwen Stefani, Backstreet Boys, and others creating amazing performances. Las Vegas’ up and coming Park Theater also has amazing headliners including Cher, Bruno Mars, and Lady Gaga starting in December. All of these different headliners can create incredible memories. Las Vegas has a lot of amazingly talented headliners to come and watch live and in action.
